This large expanse of flat grassland has a tumulus (mound) and lies to the east of Plumstead Common.
The Green Chain Walk passes through it.
It park has a playground, ball court and paddling pool, which is open during the school summer holidays.
We ask that everyone attending our paddling pools with their children ensure that babies and toddlers are wearing the appropriate swimwear when enjoying paddling pools. This can be a swimming nappy, or swimming costumes. - Address

Entry is first come first served.
Open from Saturday 23 July until Saturday 4 September. The pool is open from 10am to 6pm. There will be intervals throughout the day where the pool is closed for maintenance.
All children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for maintaining the current government guidance on social distancing and washing hands before and after using the paddling pool.
Do not enter if you or any member of your household has COVID-19 symptoms or is self–isolating. Children should not use the paddling pool if they are clinically vulnerable.
We may need to close the pool for cleaning and maintenance at other times, which could result in sessions being cancelled. - Sports and play areas
