After the success of the first round, there will be another four themed sessions of the popular online Q&A events.

The last round had a total of over 4,000 combined views, and we're expecting more views comments and streams as we’ve increased ways you can ask questions.

Residents who are concerned about their wellbeing or a loved one, confused about how COVID-19 rules affect them, or want an update on what’s going on in their local area can use the online events to ask questions. There will also be a chance to find out about each Cabinet Member’s plans for the rest of the year.

Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Cllr Danny Thorpe said:

“I am really pleased to see the return of the online #Ask Greenwich sessions. With continued restrictions in place, face-to-face engagement is very difficult, but the online sessions allow for questions to be asked wherever you may be. The events are led by residents, so whatever questions you have please ask. Questions can be asked individually or on behalf of group, and we want to hear from as many people as possible. We encourage residents to get involved in any way that they can, this could be through social media, email or even by sending in a pre-recorded video question. This is your chance to find out about matters that are important to you and your local community”.

Cllr Danny Thorpe, Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Communications and Corporate Services will be joined by different Cabinet Members in each session, with the first session focussed on all COVID-19 related questions:
