London Marathon road closures on Sunday 13 April

Published Thursday, 03 April 2014

Find out which roads in Royal Greenwich will be closed and where the crossing points are.

There will be road closures across London on Sunday 13 April 2014 for the Virgin Money London Marathon. The route of the Virgin Money London Marathon will be closed to traffic, but there will be crossing points for local residents.

Docklands Light Railway (DLR) trains and stations on the marathon route will be very busy. Customers travelling between Tower Gateway/Bank and Beckton/Woolwich Arsenal will need to change trains more frequently and are therefore advised to use an alternative route if possible. A normal Sunday service will operate from 4.30pm.

For more information about the marathon route, visit the Virgin Money London Marathon website's interactive map, where you can explore the route, road closures and Tube stations.

Transport for London also provides information about road closures and how they will affect motorists and people using public transport.
