Potholes, cracks, and other problems on roads and pavements can lead to accidents. You can help us identify problems in your local area by reporting them to us directly.

How to report a problem on a road or pavement

Tell us the street name and nearest house number, or the number of the nearest lamp column so we can get to the location quickly.

You can report a damaged road or pavement using our online form.

By telephone or email

If the problem is in a Council estate, contact the Cleaning team.

If the problem is on a public street, road or highway, contact the Highways team.
