Joining a library
Get a library card and start borrowing
Anyone who lives, works or studies in a London borough is welcome to join the Royal Borough of Greenwich's libraries. You can join at any library in the Royal Borough. Once you have joined, you will get a library card which can be used in all libraries.
You must fill in a membership application form and show an official document showing your full name and current address. If you are 15 years old or under, a parent, guardian or teacher must act as guarantor, bringing proof of identity.
What you can borrow
Adults and children can borrow:
- eight books or talking books
- five CDs
- five DVDs.
