Licensing sub-committees

The licensing sub-committees meet to consider applications for:

• personal licences
• club premises certificates
• premises licences
• controlled activities licences.

They also consider requests from existing licence holders about changes to opening hours and when they can provide alcohol or entertainment.

Sub-committee meetings and membership

Meetings are usually held at Woolwich Town Hall, as and when required where relevant representations are made in respect of an application for a licence or a variation of a licence.

Attending meetings

Meetings of the sub-committees are open to the public, but only people who have registered an objection in advance can speak at the hearing.
