Gas engineer

Salary: £30,000, to be reviewed after six months probation.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am to 5.30pm
Location: Various sites across London(will try and place in south or east London)

Main duties

  • Attending call outs to break downs fault finding in domestic and social housing
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, keep management and relevant parties aware and seek advice and assistance when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and the Quality and Health and Safety Management team

Essential skills

  • Must have an ACS Gas qualification (Accredited Certification Scheme required to become a member of the Gas Safe register) that is valid
  • Clean driving licence
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check - can be arranged by employer if you don't have one
  • Five years recent relevant experience

Electrician

Salary: £32,000
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm. There is also an out-of-hourscall-out service which you will be given a rota for
Location: Greenwich Borough however the company is based in Romford in Essex

Main duties

  • Reactive repairs
  • Attending call out via a smartphone appointment system
  • Fault finding, testing and the removal or adjustment of existing fittings, fixtures and parts
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external customers, keeping management and relevant parties aware and seeking advice and assistance when required
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and the Quality and Health and Safety Management team

Essential skills and experience

  • City Guilds Part 1 or 2
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification certificate
  • Clean driving licence
  • DBS(Disclosure and Barring Service)check can be arranged by employer if you don't have one
  • Flexible to work for the out-of-hours call-out service
  • Recent experience within the trade

Assistant cafe manager

Salary: £19,000 to £22,000
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday. Five days a week, five to six shifts. Shifts run from 6am until lunchtime or lunchtime until 9pm. Saturdays and Sundays (8.15am to 6.30pm). Normally one day in the weekend off.
