GLLaB customer services and feedback

Compliments, suggestions and complaints

GLLaB is making continuous improvements to its service delivery and we regularly monitor customer satisfaction levels throughout the year using:

  • annual customer satisfaction and feedback surveys
  • customer complaints
  • suggestions and compliments feedback
  • training evaluations
  • business workshops
  • training roadshows
  • job recruitment fairs.

We also participate in community engagement events in conjunction with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, such as the programme of Great Get Togethers.

We appreciate hearing your feedback on our services, whether it is good or bad. That way we can improve our services.

If you want to make a compliment, suggestion or complaint about GLLaB services, download, print and complete the relevant complaints form or customer satisfaction form. You can hand your completed form in at any Royal Borough office or post it to GLLaB where it will be dealt with by the appropriate Service Manager.
