There are seven public leisure centres in Royal Greenwich, offering a mixture of swimming, exercise classes, sports facilities and lessons.

Each centre offers disabled access to all or most of its facilities.
The seven centres are:
- The Arches, Greenwich
- Coldharbour, New Eltham
- Crown Woods College, Eltham
- The Eltham Centre, Eltham
- Southmere Boating Centre, Abbey Wood
- Sutcliffe Park Athletics Track, Eltham
- Thamesmere, Thamesmead
- Thomas Tallis School, Kidbrooke
- The Warehouse Sports and Performing Arts Centre, Plumstead
- Waterfront Leisure Centre, Woolwich.
