Pay a parking fine

You can pay parking fines online, by telephone, by post or in person.

Online

You can pay online using the following credit or debit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Delta
• Switch
• Electron
• Solo
• Maestro.

By telephone

We also accept the above cards on our automated telephone payments service. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Whether made over the telephone or the internet, all transactions will be validated and authorised in real time and confirmation of the transaction being accepted will be provided to you.

By post

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order. Please note that post-dated cheques will not be accepted and unstamped envelopes will not be delivered.

What you need to do:

• note the vehicle registration number, Penalty Charge Notice number, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque
• cross cheques and postal orders and make them payable to Royal Borough of Greenwich
  
• complete the payment slip and attach it to the cheque or postal order
• send the payment and the completed payment slip to us.

In person

Payments can be made by cash, postal order, cheque (supported by a valid bank card) or credit and debit card at the Woolwich Centre or Eltham Centre.
