You will also find a list of organisations to contact for specific issues such as mental health and financial assessments.
Adults and Older People's Services
The Royal Borough of Greenwich's Adults and Older People's Services provides a single point of contact for all adult services including:
- information and advice
- referral for all adult and older people's social care services
- referral for community rehabilitation services and occupational therapy
- adult safeguarding alerts
- carers advice.

The Woolwich Centre is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. It is closed at weekends.

The help that the team can give you includes support and advice on anxiety, depression, dementia with behaviour problems, memory problems and other serious mental health problems such as schizophrenia.
