Paying for your own care in a care home
Our booklet on funding your own care gives you information about the help that is available when you are thinking about going into a care home and you have savings or capital assets (for example, property).
You will find the information helpful if your savings and capital asset levels are or will be above those that entitle you to financial support towards the cost of a care home and you have to fund your own care.
