Individual Service Fund
Flexibility in choosing your care agency
An Individual Service Fund (ISF) is a different way for you to purchase your care from a domiciliary care agency. Previously, people who have been assessed as eligible for care had very little choice and about who provided the care and how the care was provided. The new way of doing things gives you much greater flexibility and choice with the agencies that actually provide the service to you.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich will give the money (your agreed personal budget) directly to the domiciliary care agency, on a monthly basis, and the agency will work directly with you to determine how you want your care and support arranged.
