Courses in food hygiene

The Royal Borough of Greenwich offers a one-day course in food hygiene. This leads to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Foundation Certificate in Food Safety.

This course is for anyone who manages and handles food in catering, retail and manufacturing businesses. It can help your food business meet legal obligations and leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Cost fee

The cost for the course is £62.60 per person, and includes:

  • a full day's training
  • course materials
  • exam fee.

If your business is based in Royal Greenwich, you can also book an in-house course for groups of 10 to 20 staff. We can give special rates for these upon application.
