Article 4 Direction consultation for HMOs

Royal Borough of Greenwich intend to remove permitted development rights for the change of use from a dwelling house to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). This is done through an 'Article 4 Direction' which, subject to consultation, will be confirmed and come in to force in 12 months. From this time, such proposals will require planning permission.
