Council Tax benefit and Housing Benefit
Our Advice and Benefits Service deals with enquiries about Council Tax Benefit and Housing Benefit only. At the Royal Borough of Greenwich's service centres - The Eltham Centre and the Woolwich Centre - members of staff are on hand to help with:
- general enquiries
- application forms
- photocopying and verifying documents needed to submit a claim.
Tax credits and social security benefits
The Welfare Rights Service provides help and advice on tax credits and social security benefits. This service is for Royal Greenwich residents only.
