If you are housebound, ill, elderly or have difficulty getting around, we can arrange a home visit by one of our officers to help you complete a new application form or to verify your evidence and ID.
When a visiting officer arrives at your home, they will show you a Royal Borough of Greenwich identity card. Please check this before allowing anyone into your house.
If you are not sure whether the person's identification is authentic, please contact us before you allow them into your house.
