The Greenwich Festivals
About the Greenwich Festivals
The Greenwich Festivals are a series of high-quality events which celebrate the cultural vibrancy of Greenwich.
Running from April to November, The Greenwich Festivals provide some of the best and most varied entertainment in London.
Eyes of the world on Greenwich
There is no better place than Royal Greenwich to begin the Olympic and Paralympic celebrations early.
The Royal Borough already funds a wealth of festivals, and many of the country's best-loved and most experienced cultural groups are based in Royal Greenwich - from the internationally renowned Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance to Greenwich and Docklands International Festival, whose Director Bradley Hemmings will be the joint artistic director for the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
The combination of these celebrated organisations together with the iconic backdrops of historic Royal Greenwich will make for another stunning season of The Greenwich Festivals in 2012.
