Free unwanted car scrapping service
The Royal Borough of Greenwich offers a free service to scrap old cars when they reach the end of their lives.
This system is intended to reduce vehicle abandonment over time. It will also contribute to higher levels of recycling.
To arrange for your vehicle to be disposed, download and send back the completed unwanted vehicle disclaimer form.
Complete and return the form to us along with part of your vehicle registration form (log book).
Once we have received these please allow a week for the Royal Borough to collect.

If you have a complaint regarding a previously reported vehicle, please call us on the same number.
