Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a project plan for the production of new Development Planning Documents (DPD) for inclusion in the Local Development Framework (LDF).

This fifth version of the Greenwich LDS supersedes the version which was published in March 2008 and now covers the period between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2013.

We assess our progress in preparing planning the LDF in the Annual Monitoring Report, which is published each January.
