Guidance on development proposals
The purpose of the Planning Obligations SPD is to provide detailed guidance on the type and scale of planning obligations for development proposals within Royal Greenwich.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich will use this SPD in deciding future planning applications.
The SPD is applicable to the whole Royal Greenwich area.
The Planning Obligations SPD was adopted on 27 February 2008 and supplements the Greenwich Unitary Development Plan, adopted July 2006.
