We collect your rubbish between 6am and 8pm. It might not always be at the same time.

If we miss your street 

It is likely the crew is running behind schedule, and they will catch up as soon as they can. You do not need to report this to us.  

We will know what has not been done and will aim to collect your rubbish by the end of the week, including the weekend. 

If we only miss you 

If we've only missed your bin, report a missed bin collection or call us on 020 8921 4661.

We aim to collect missed bins as soon as possible.

If we put a tag on your recycling 

If the wrong items are in your bin, we'll put a red tag on it and send you a letter explaining why.
