Find a breakfast or after-school play club

You can book a place, for your primary school age child, to attend a breakfast or after-school club in Royal Greenwich.

Breakfast clubs

Breakfast clubs provide a place where your child can play, meet friends and have breakfast before school. Your child will receive a nutritionally balanced, subsidised breakfast and early fun with learning activities.

Breakfast clubs usually run from 7.30am to the start of the school day, when play workers will escort them to their class or nearby school.

After-school play clubs

After-school play clubs give your children the opportunity to play and learn in a safe, stimulating environment.

Activities include:

  • drama
  • dance
  • music
  • arts and crafts
  • indoor and outdoor activities.

They operate from the end of the school day, when play workers will escort them from their class or nearby school, up until 6pm.

All play workers are trained and experienced. Supervision levels are closely monitored to comply with Ofsted regulations.

To register your child with a play club, you can contact a play worker directly. Their phone numbers are listed in the primary schools directory.
